In New York, January of 1938 Mary was born. The oldest of 5 children.

She married at 18, had a daughter, lost a son & divorced very young.

Mary never got remarried and was an icon of strength and female independence in her family's life. There was nothing Grams wouldn't do for her grandkids or the ones she loved.  She loved her dog Chance  unconditionally & they were best friends for 15 amazing years.
